Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Note: If you love the flavor of dill, feel free to add more to your liking!
