Ingredients
1 tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil¾ cupmayonnaise¾ cupsour cream or Greek yogurt3 clovesgarlic, minced3 tablespoonsminced fresh dill1 teaspoongarlic powder½ teaspoononion powder2 teaspoonsfresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)½ teaspoonsea salt- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Note: If you love the flavor of dill, feel free to add more to your liking!
