Now it’s just delicious.

Ingredients link

2 oz
gin

3/4 oz
fresh lemon juice

3/4 oz
honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water, stirred to combine)

Combine gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker.

Fill with ice and shake hard for 10–15 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

Honey syrup: Equal parts honey and warm water. Stir until dissolved. Keeps in the fridge for 2–3 weeks. Do not use straight honey — it won’t mix properly when cold.

Gin matters. Recommended: Opihr (spiced), Empress (color), The Botanist (floral).

For a lighter version, use
1/2 oz
honey syrup.

Works well with lavender honey for a floral twist.
